Heat activated PhaseCore Cooling Vests absorb body heat and provide a long-lasting cooling effect that will not overcool the body. The gentle and systematic cooling effect will help to increase productivity while reducing heat-related illness, stress, and injuries.

PhaseCore Cooling Elements 

PhaseCore is a non-toxic, non-flammable phase change material made of a salt blend that is sealed inside of an aluminum wrapper. It changes from a solid to a liquid and back again depending on the surrounding temperature. Phasecore elements are not effected  by humidity and react to direct heat. Phasecore Cooling elements have significant advantages over ice and gel pack cooling vests and powered water or air-cooled vests.
